Glaze Salon Policy

Refund
If you are not happy with your nails, or pedicure please let front desk know before you you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancement or coatings that have been applied. No refund or redo will be given after you have left the salon. Gift card will not refund after purchase gift card.
Cancelation:
In the even the you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charge a fee to your service booked.
Late arrival:
Appointments will be held for 15 mins, after this grace period we consider this as “ NO SHOW’ and the appointment may given away.
Guarantee:
Fullset and gel polish are guarantee for 5 business day after your appointment, exclude at fault breakages. If you notice chip or lifting in first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. We reserve the right to refuse services to
1. Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
2.Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
3.Anyone in ill health that we may suspect maybe contagious
4. Anyone show more than 15 mins late for an appointment and cancel appointments multiple times.
5. Anyone demostrateing inappropriately behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
